Forestall Company, Inc. is looking to fill 135 Forestry Worker positions beginning in Fayette, Fayette County, AL @ $26.08. Continue in the States of AL-AR-FL-GA-IN-KY-LA-MS-NC-SC-TN-TX-VA-PA. Transport provided designated locale to job site. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position from 04/01/2017 to 10/1/2017.

Duties: Spray/inject vegetation with insecticides/herbicides to reduce competing vegetation; use of backpack sprayer. Trim trees or other vegetation; cut trees or logs & other related Forestry Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-4011 (

Requirements: Must walk substantially (up to 15 miles daily), also stoop, bend while carrying a pack (up to 50lbs) through rough terrain (non-trail). Must show proof of legal authority to work in U.S. Must be 18 years old due to travel. Drug/alcohol/smoke-free work zone: based on Employer’s discretion/cost: Wrkr may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/ refusal to abide = dismissal. No min. edu. reqmt. OJT All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment.

Terms & Conditions of Employment: $9.14/hr up to possible $26.08/hr OT $13.71/hr up to possible $39.12/hr, Wage may vary. DOE. Possible daily/weekly hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm at least 35hrs/wk, M-F. The wage(s) offered equal(s) or exceed(s) the highest of the prevailing wage or the Federal, State, or local minimum wage. Possible weekend/holiday work. Variable weather conditions apply; hrs may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime/OT. OT not required. This employer will also comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws pertaining to overtime hours.

Transportation: Transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed (by check in 1st work week) for cost from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.09 per day during travel to a maximum of $51 per day with receipts.

3/4s Guarantee: The worker is guaranteed employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period.

Tools, equipment & supplies: All work will be done with employer provided tools, supplies and equipment without charge or deposit.

Miscellaneous: Will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Wage paid every week. All deductions required by law will be done by the employer. Optional housing available at no cost to worker. Will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (not including passport).
